This
project is funded by the Minnesota Department of Health to address health
disparities and the alarming high rate of cervical cancer among Vietnamese
women. There is such a great need in
the Vietnamese community for education surrounding cancer and early detection

for Vietnamese women to increase their knowledge of breast and cervical
cancer. If women are uninsured or underinsured we enroll them into the
Minnesota Department of Health’s Sage Screening Program for free
services. Also, we can assist women in

services needed if there is a cancer diagnosis. With the resources and expertise of the
staff, we hope that this project will benefit many Vietnamese women in |
