Minneapolis Parks Foundation Funds Elder Circle Program
“Vietnamese Social Services of Minnesota is grateful to receive a $2,500 People for Parks Fund grant from the Minneapolis Parks Foundation in support of our Elder Circle Program. This funding will help provide meaningful wellness, recreation, and community activities for Vietnamese elders through culturally welcoming experiences in parks and community spaces.
The Elder Circle Program brings seniors together to stay active, build friendships, celebrate culture, and reduce social isolation. We are thankful for the continued support of programs that promote healthy aging and strengthen our community connections.
Thank you to the Minneapolis Parks Foundation for investing in our elders and our community.”
